Verify the contact
Use the employee verification page to confirm that the person contacting you is a company representative before sharing personal documents.
No payment is ever requested
There is no fee at any stage of recruitment — not for an application, an interview, training, equipment or a visa. A request for payment means the approach is not genuine.
Interviews are not conducted by message alone
An offer made entirely over a messaging app, without any verified contact, should be treated as unverified.
Personal documents come late, not early
Identity documents and bank details belong at the point of a confirmed written offer, not during a first approach.
Check the domain
Company correspondence comes from the company domain. A close-but-different domain is the most common giveaway.
