Documentation is referred to throughout the site. This page lists what each record covers and how to ask for it. Documents are issued against a confirmed product and agreement, so they are supplied on request rather than published for download.
The record set
Which of these apply depends on the product and what was agreed at quotation.
Specification sheet
The agreed acceptance criteria the batch is tested against. Confirmed before production, not after.
Analytical data
The underlying chromatograms and spectra behind the COA results, where these are part of the agreement.
Packing record
What was packed, in what form and quantity, and under what conditions it should be stored and transported.
Safety documentation
Which safety sheets apply depends on the product classification and the destination market. Requested with the product inquiry.
Declarations
Origin, composition or regulatory declarations where a market requires them. Availability is confirmed per product and destination.
Why these are not published as downloads
Two practical reasons, both worth knowing before you ask.
They are batch-specific
A published COA would describe one historical batch and would not match the material you receive. Publishing one invites the wrong document being used.
They depend on the agreement
Which records apply, and in what depth, is settled at quotation. A generic set would either overstate or understate what is actually supplied.
